In this dream, I was in the army. I don't know what year it is. The setting is somewhere in some road, beside a jungle. We were at war with the Germans. I don't remember what country I was fighting for. I just remember a triangle logo on my green shirt. Probably means something in the dream, but has no revelance whatsoever in the real world. I don't remember much of the battle. I can remember that we used red lasers from a mounted gun to shoot at some helicopter.
Part of the dream was I witnessing a 14 year old kid shooting down a helicopter while in a moving train.
Oh yeah, I forgot the most important part. Referring to the title of the dream here. Undo/Redo commands were available to us and to the Germans. So whenever a bomb would kill most of our soldiers, we would just undo it.
There is a programmer in our army which gave us the ability to undo something that's happened. Not necessarily go into the past, but just undo it, as if we were all in a RTS game with undo. So if all of us died, we would just undo it. Redo it if we wanted to undo what we undo.
Anyways, I get this idea that puzzles my leader. I ask him, "If we have undo/redo, and the Germans have undo/redo, the war shouldn't progress at all. Because if we undo a bomb that they sent, and they undo a bomb that we sent, then the battle would just be a stalemate."
The leader was puzzled, I'm not sure if he gave me an answer or he just ignored me.
Anyways, the war was still progressing. And now for the sad part. Very sad part. I was outside, beside a Chinese residence. I had to question them for some info or something, I don't remember. So I try to talk to the father of the family of the residence, but before I could say anything, he asks me for my badge. I guess he wants to know if I'm actually in the army, and have the authority to ask him for information.
So, I look into my pocket for some badge, but he escapes from me and goes into his automobile. My friend at the time is lying down on the ground behind the car, sleeping. I don't remember why. The father, turns on the car, and one of the wheels runs over my friend's head.
I look at my friend, and I tell him to wake up, "Hey your head just got run over by a car."
And he's a little puzzled, he seems to feel fine, and he goes back to sleep.
I don't remember, but the father somehow dies, he gets shot, I don't recall, it's a sad moment. But it gets sadder. The mom of the residence also gets shot for not cooperating, I don't remember what exactly happens, I'm not the one shooting them. So the family is now a family of 2, with 2 sisters. One looks extremely old, like around 80? and the other is just a child at around 4? It doesn't make sense in the real world, but in the dream it was justified as 'normal'.
Also, there was this moment, where I guess one resident wanted to escape by 'sliding boat down the hill' method. lol. Basically, the resident was inside a boat, a fat canoe of some sort, and was pushed down the hill, and we all laughed as it went down a cliff, and the resident fell out of the boat at the bottom of the cliff and hit a tree.
I think that person died.
Yeah, it was a very interesting night of 4 dreams to say the least.

I personally think that the point of the war would be to kill the other army's programmer dude who supplies the ability of being able to undo/redo, and then one side would obviously lose.
