My right pinky is still numb, however, the numbness has lessened from before. My company bought me this awesome computer chair and an ergonomic keyboard. Wow, I feel so spoiled. Anyways, the chair is so great, I'm thinking of getting one for myself at home.

I caught a cold today.
I think it was because I shut the window to sleep last night, so I barely got enough sleep to wake up at 5:30am and run outside with RK and KQ.

Btw, I have been doing morning runs since Monday.
I have learned the error of my ways, and will keep air circulation flowing through my room for a good night's rest.

I've been on a muscle mass diet since Monday. Results are beginning to show, my biceps are growing and I can see my abdominal muscles expanding. Most of my co-workers are martial artists, and I guess that fact influenced me a little to train and get in shape.
