I reached 125lbs today.

My shoulders are broadening, my dad noticed.

My co-worker gave me a workout to follow.

Mondays
Workout 1
3 Sets of 20-30 Pushups
3 Sets of 8 Dumbell curls
3 Sets of 8 Military Presses

Tuesdays
Workout 2
3 Sets of 10 Lunges
3 Sets of 10 Squats
3 Sets of 10 Rows

Wednesdays
Rest

Thursdays
Workout 1

Fridays
Workout 2

Advice given from co-worker : "These exercises will help you develop a good physical base and proportion before going to the gym to work on specific muscle groups. Do these exercises for a while and then when your body is ready, you can start toning different areas."
