Ok, so I went home with the contacts and tried putting them on, no luck.

I kept blinking and blinking!!!

So, I gave up and today I tried again.

I accidentally ripped one of the contacts with the tweezers (I knew I should have tried to find plastic tweezers, I got ceramic ones and it was a mistake).

Sigh, so I practiced with the other one.

I stayed in the bathroom for an hour trying to put the lens onto the iris, but I kept blinking.

I then went closer to the mirror and tried again.

I then found out a secret.

I stared forward, and made sure my finger would be directly in front of my iris. Then I looked straight down. As much down as I could possibly look. And I moved my finger closer. Houston we have contact! No pun intended. lole

I slowly closed my eyes. Looked in circles. Opened them, and voila, contact lens on iris!

It then started burning.
BAH.

But that stopped after 5 or so minutes.

Then I figured I try the ripped one. It wasn't that ripped, just a piece of the outside.

Since I made my own trick, it took me about ten times to get this one on. But this one just kept burning and burning and won't go away.

So I realized I shouldn't be putting ripped lenses on my eye because it might scratch my cornea and create an abrasion, not something I'm looking forward for.

So I removed my lenses, which took another 15 minutes. They just wouldn't come off. And one of them went half way under my eyelid. That was scary.

Anyways, I got them both off. I have an appointment on Saturday. I guess I won't be practicing again. I've got it now. I mean, I could practice, but since one of them is ripped, I'm not going to take any risks. Damn tweezers. They were from Daiso btw. I blame Daiso. lolllllllllllllllllllllll

This was one of the toughest things for me. Putting on a contact lens. I'm serious. It was tough.

I got through it. Yey.
